Before purchasing this product, I called up customer care number for checking the product. He was very prompt to give me actual demo on video call. Also, he assured me about warranty and after sales service. Product was delivered on time with proper packing. Its working fine since last 15 days. Quality is good. I am really enjoying this shower panel with all its modes. This product is actually value for money.

I love the shower. Its the center of attraction in my washroom. The installation was easy the water flow is perfect, I live on 1st floor and did not need any pressure pump. The support team is quite good I believe as I only called them once and the line was busy but within 5 minutes they called me back and gave the support I needed and didnt have to call again. So thumbs up for that. There are lots of options with this shower panel so you just have to get used to the functions if you never used a panel like this before.

Very nice product. Well packed and without any damage. It is performing beyond expectations. The mist function is super cool and gives the effect of standing near a water falls. The only minus I could find in the last one month is that the product has to be cleaned completely with a cloth every time after it is used. Otherwise the surface of the product becomes defaced with water droplets which evaporate leaving behind an ugly look. I am using the potable water supplied by the Corporation, still the ugly marks remain. Those with less than potable quality of water will face more issues. And it requires a booster pump either at its water inlet or at the level of the overhead tank. Without that, the showers and taps etc in the product deliver only a small quantity of water, less than your normal shower/taps.

I already have one which is single pice shower panel but it is in 2 part and have to assemble it and that too don't look that in luxery

The shower panel is really classy and adds a vibrant look in the washroom.easy to install and the manufacturer really made efforts to help me installing the shower panel.the led lights and the display is not working after a while which is a bit disappointing 😞. Other than that the product is very well working.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The shower panel got delivered, but the installation service was cancelled from their end. Even after raising multiple complaints, there was no response or help. Without installation, the product is useless. Not recommended at all

X-XONIER's shower panel and service, both are superb! Their after-sales service is just fantastic, and their product is always great. I haven't installed it yet. I'll share a video after the insulation is done.

Looks good, finishing is top notch but material used is light quality raising concern over durability. A suggestion was made to the Seller on telephone to cover the top of the panel to protect the mechanism from dust. This is an initial response, how it fares over the years will determine the quality of the product.
