Good value waiting for next year

Second time we have bought these seeds and I had to write a review. 1400 seeds/ eventual spring onions for less than £1.50! We buy these purple Lilia and white Ram-rods and these always go first with family and neighbors! Not only is the colour beautiful but the longer you leave them to grow the stronger the taste gets. Either way tasty -young and mild or older and stronger! I've grown them directly outside in November and they peaked through in January. I've grown them inside from January(best results) I've been chucking them casually around the veg patch and in and around pots and they are growing well everywhere. Such a rewarding crop. We left 3 in pots last year as a test and they were totally fabulous all through winter so could easily grow too many in summer and keep for the winter. I will say, we are on the south coast so we have great weather but theyve grown just aswell in a trough I gave to my brother in Manchester. BUY THESE SEEDS! (I'm not even endorsed!)

These didn't really take in our garden so difficult to tell wether the seeds were poor or our gardening skills are lacking. However, other stuff from Premier Seeds has been good so I'm thinking that we just didn't do everything right for these guys.

I bought these as a stocking filler for my dad for Christmas, they arrived very quickly and he was really impressed once I'd shown him the picture! The seeds came in a labelled plastic envelope which I think would benefit from a photograph, sowing times etc as it was just plain with the name and quantity. If you are buying an unknown variety the selling point is surely the unusual coloured veggies. But if you're buying them for yourself that's obviously not a problem.

Fast delivery. Easy to grow. Can't comment on flavour yet. Good value.
