Very easy to assemble, looks nice. Plenty bright and the warmer color settings are nice, not just pure yellow.Only two things I'm not thrilled with. One is the remote, which seems weak. 10' away from the lamp it often takes multiple button presses to work. The other is the "night light" mode. Going into night light mode is fine, just one button. But pressing the button again doesn't take you OUT of night light mode. You have to adjust both the brightness AND the color temperature to get back to where you were before.

LIKES AND DISLIKES:WHAT I LIKE:• It was very easy to assemble. It took me less than five minutes. All the parts fit well.• Several color settings. There are times when I don't want warm (or cool) light. It's easy to switch from one to the other.• It's a nice modern style. It looks nice in my living room.• It's a good weight. Some lamps these days are so lightweight that a cat brushing against them will knock them down. This one is solid and sturdy and won't fall over in a breeze.WHAT I DON'T:• This isn't really a criticism of the lamp, but, don't buy this type of lamp if you want a reading lamp. It illuminates the walls and ceiling but don't direct light down at a book or magazine.• But again, anyone buying a lamp like this can see what it's designed for general room illumination. Criticizing it for not being a reading lamp would be like criticizing a car for not being a truck.THOUGHTS ON OTHER REVIEWS:• Some people wrote that it was hard to assemble, or that the cord that threads through the lamp wasn't long enough. They must have gotten a defective model. Mine didn't have any of these problems.• A couple of reviewers wrote that theirs abruptly stopped working. I can't comment on that yet as I've only had mine for a couple of days. But "so far so good".• One person wrote that it was "too heavy" to move easily. I'm not sure what they meant. It weighs just over nine pounds.

Love the simple design and high build quality. The uplighting is very pleasant. Color temp control is great. Highly recommended

I get up when it’s dark and this lamp has a remote that I can use to turn the lamp on and numerous light selections.

We purchased this standing lamp to put into a spare room without a ceiling mounted light and it exceeded our expectations ,the top of the lamp pivots in all directions and with some minor experimenting you can point in different directions to reflect and light up the majority of the room it is far more effective then a traditional light bulb ,the light is configurable in different modes and you can see an obvious difference between them and its a great option to have ,the remote that's included gives you the option to control all of the features and its so convenient and you I find myself constantly using the remote ,if you choose to not use the remote then the lamp itself has a series of round "buttons " that respond by just gently touching them ,you don't need to press them they respond simply by a very gentle touch and its not a haptic response so it's a seamless function and this is a great idea because this is just a very lightweight lamp that is being held by this stylish thin pole that you will not see moving if you decide to operate by touch as opposed to remote ,a well engineered lamp that's well worth spending a bit more for ,we liked these lamps so much we now have three of them ,I hope this review helps with your choice

It was missing ring that holds shade on. It is NOT listed in the parts list but it is shown in the picture and mentioned in the description. Thought I'd just buy one, but not so easy. The light adjustments and colors was really cool and we were looking forward to using it. Waited for a ring I bought on amazon which didn't work, so it wasn't being used. A few days later, tried it without the shade and now it's not working at all. I can get the bulb to light up, but the remote does nothing. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. I really don't want to disassemble the whole thing.The shade comes rolled up and you have to assemble it. I've never seen this before, but it works, if you're not too fussy.

I bought this lamp in July 2023. I have loved everything about it..until now. It stopped working around Christmas time. The reason I bought it was because of the different settings of light brightness and the handy remote which also can hang on the light pole itself (it's magnetized) I can only give this product a one star review. I want to love this product but it only worked for 5/6 months. I tried everything to fix it, but to no avail could not. I would not recommend this product.

I tend to go by reviews when I'm considering buying something and while the reviews were mostly good on this lamp, there were some concerning ones. I'm very glad I made the purchase. It is a pretty lamp that goes well with the decor of the room. It was a snap to put together, maybe took 10 minutes. As a quilter, I do a lot of hand sewing and my eyes are starting to feel their age, but that's what is so great about this lamp. With multiple color temperatures and going from dim to bright with a remote, I can always find the right light, no matter the time of day I'm working. The icing on the cake is the magnetic back to the remote. Before I realized it was magnetized, I thought, here's another small-ish remote that might get misplaced, but the magnet is perfect, whether you keep it on the lamp stand itself, or like I have it, on a small nearby table that has a metal trim. All in all, I definitely recommend this lamp.
