I liked it because it is easy to use

Biggest Amazon regret ever. I took a 3-hour class on cupping so was excited for these. Three cups worked and then nothing. No instructions whatsoever as to what the blue and red things do. No instructions as to the difference of the bell shaped cups and the flat cups. The pump stopped working. I took everything apart to try and reset the product and even then I couldn’t get any section so that’s super disappointing since I’ve only other product for nine whole hours.

I got this cupping kit for my dad to replace the old one he got in Asia years ago. This cupping set comes with everything you need to start cupping therapy at home. As a warning a majority of the instructions are in Chinese and the little English that is used is not grammatically correct. The kit comes with two types of cup styles, traditional and curved. You get various cup sizes for each style. All the cups are made of thick plastic. I like how this kit includes an extension tube that allows you to use the vacuum on yourself. I wish this set would have come with a case to hold everything in instead of just the box, but other than that this is a good and affordable starter kit.

I prefer the simplicity of the silicone suction cup versions I've got - no pump needed. But this set gives better control. You'll need someone else to put them on your back if that's what you need. Way too awkward to try to do it yourself with this pump, and by awkward, I mean impossible.I couldn't really make out the complicated meridians diagram that's included. Can't really cram a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine into a single diagram. However, I don't think it's really important since these work by causing giant hickies and swelling, and aren't really something that could precisely target meridians - assuming meridians are precisely mapped in the first place.So, overall a decent value if you want a lot of cups and don't want to use traditional glass cups and flame. But not super glamorous. Kind of technical. Gets the job done but in a sort of unattractive way.

Good quality. Comes with everything you need. Work good. I watched videos on YouTube to learn how to use them correctly. Great value
