I got this to make Matthew Mcconaughey's tuna salad. And have since used it in other recipes when I want to add a balance earthy kick.

Not my favourite wasabi paste. Itβs good if you are worried about the spicy heat. It is quite sweet. Still a lovely product. Definitely recommend.

Good quality wasabi
Good quality wasabi, sharp spicy taste. Definitely better than most I've had in sushi restaurants in the UK. Convenient to keep at home in the fridge for impromptu salmon poke bowls.
