Q: Could i use this as a baking tray in my combination microwave?

Hi, I don't see why not. I use mine in a halogen oven which gets hot in a similar way to a grill. The dish is heatproof up to 300 degrees Centigrade which is the temperature the grill in my oven gets to I I would not expect a grill in microwave to get any hotter. Note if your microwave has a turntable then this dish, being round, would be suitable. Q: Can i use itvon a hob instead of frying pan?

Pyrex is oven proof, but would crack on direct heat, so the answer is - I wouldn’t risk it. Just use a frying pan!

Q: Hi is this tall enough for apple pie?

I would say that is a personal preference but defiantly doable if you had thin slices of apple arranged or finely diced. I made a banoffee pie with it, it was massive :)

I'm 99 percent sure IT IS NOT SHATTERPROOF I also believe that it cannot tolerate very high temperatures. Therefore using it for baking is fine. Using it under the grill for more than 10 minutes would probably shatter it For grilling l use a proper grill pan. Money well spent !
