Works great with various softboxes and godox strobes!
I own several of these, and I’m using them speedring in a couple of different ways. It’s made very out of very sturdy metal so it seems to be very durable. It fits well in the speedring attachment point for various softboxes I have from a few different manufacturers and allows for easy rotation to different orientations. The second way I’m using this ring is to attach collapsible softboxes, meant for the S-type speedlite bracket, to my more powerful strobes like the eVOLV twin head and Xplor600. It works great and is very simple. Just pop the bare speedring into the back of the softbox exactly as it would attach to the s-bracket. This makes for a highly portable yet powerful setup that I’ve successfully used for HSS portraits outdoors in bright conditions. I’m very happy with this item, and I’ve used them for a couple of years now with no issues.

I really wanted this to work but, it was the wrong size for my speed ring. Ended up returning it.

What I wanted
These seem pretty nice. They fit my Godox studio lights perfectly and they are allowing me to use a couple of my older small soft boxes.Since they are aluminum they should last.

Well worth the price!
I have a soft box that I use with a bowens mount bracket for small speedlight. I bought a strobe but did not come with a soft box and this adapter came in handy. Now I can use it for the speed light and the bigger strobe. Sturdy and super happy with this pirchase

Sadly I did not fit correctly and I had to sand down the locking nubs to make it lock in place
