Q: Hi, Are these dimmable lamps

Short answer, no, they are not. However I believe that if you have some way of controlling the voltage, you may be able to dim them that way.

Q: Would these be suitable for ex military landrover 90 wolf with 24volt electrics please?

They are suitable for any vehicle The description says 10-30 volts so I assume so.

Q: what is the amperage of each of the two units please?

According to an online converter, each lamp should draw 1.5 amps.

Q: do these come pre wired ? how long is lead ?

Yes they come pre wired but they don’t have connectors. I used those waterproof ones when I wired mine on my truck. Can’t remember how long the cable is but it’s sensible. At least 15cm
