The mug is a better quality than I expected, which was nice. I expected the yellow color to stain over time, but so far after several months of use the color has not noticeably changed. The warmer doesn’t get a cold beverage up to warm drinking temperature, but it absolutely keeps a warm beverage warm. The lid plays a big role in keeping your drink the right temperature though, when I tried it without the lid it was colder than I liked. Over all a better product than I expected.

This mug has made my days at work so much better! I get so busy at work that I don’t always have time to drink my coffee/tea while it’s still hot so I find my self always having to re-heat my coffee/tea. Not anymore! This mug and heater keep my coffee/tea warm all day. Makes my day a little easier. I love this product!

This doesn't heat as much as I expected but if you start with hot coffee it will stay hot for hours. The cup feels great in your hand and has a slight teardrop shape that makes drinking out of it a delight compared to straight walled cups

If you like lukewarm coffee it is ok

The instructions are a bit strange as they talk about things such as a "breathing light" but setup is pretty straightforward. The cord is very short and literally only reaches for the floor outlet straight up to my desk. There is no way to move it around any further. The problem is that it keeps the coffee very hot when the cup is full but since it cannot sense temperature it simply bakes the coffee as soon as you reach the half cup stage. If you drink milk or half & half in your coffee it starts to curdle that quickly. It also has that cheap feel to it that made me worry about leaving it plugged in when unattended.

I have this to a coworker that has to have several cups of coffee a day. She loves this mug and the fact she can charge her phone too is a major plus!

The heating element does not work very well. I think any heat retained is just from keeping the lid on it... But it does work well as a wireless charger..

Absolutely fantastic product. The two features make it a great addition to my desk - mug warmer and wireless phone charger. Effortlessly keeps my drink at prefect temperature. I love that it only works with the mug provided as it ensures there's no risk of turning it on by accident. The best purchase I've made. Lights up when in use and charges my phone quickly. Wish I'd found it sooner. It's magic.

I love everything about this except for the cable. The cable length just isn't enough. I had to use an extender for it....

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. It wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive (by a long way) so had no expectations and was a little sceptical.First time she used it she LOVED it!Kept her tea warm which often went cold when she was busy on the sewing machine.She also loved the colour and the added bonus of a wireless charger for her phone!

Bought for my mother, she loves her tea... She loves this mug!
