My husband and I used these for our two-week trip to the UK and various countries in Europe. We never had any problem with service, either in the more popular "touristy" areas or in more remote areas of Germany and Switzerland. Very easy to plug and play! My only complaint was that we weren't able to figure out what our phone numbers with these cards were, so we could only use things like Whatsapp to text and call.

Waste of money so disappointing. Went to Paris and followed the instructions on these cards. Never worked no internet, complete waste.

I had bought this for our trip to Europe thinking this would be a lot more cost-effective to use than AT&T's international day pass @ $10 a day for the 1st line, and another $5 for each additional line. After receiving it, I followed the included instructions to set up the sim to be activated on our arrival date. I have an unlocked iphone with an esim for AT&T. So before I got onto the plane, I inserted this sim to the sim card slot and assigned it as my default voice and data line, and made my esim as the secondary as a backup plan. After our plane landed in Heathrow, I switched on my phone, and bingo, it got connected right away. During the trip that lasted a bit over 2 weeks and covered the UK, Portugal, and Spain, my phone almost always had reliable data connection when wifi was not an option, and my wife's phone could hook up to my hotspot whenever she needed to get online. We just came back yesterday from the trip, I have to say this SIM card worked flawlessly and it way exceeded my expectations.

I bought two one for me and the other for wife. The one for my wife worked really well during the entire trip with no problems. Mine did not work well with my iphone device but worked well on my wife phone. So it looks like there was a compatibility issue with the simcard and the settings on my phone. I played with the settings following all instructions and other instructions online. It worked a bit but kept interrupting. I ended up buying a replacement from a local store there in Belgium. So it is a good product unless the settings on your phone turned out to be incompatible.

Purchased this for my daughter to use while traveling in UK. Activation went fine but upon arriving in the UK the unlocked phone would not send or receive calls. She bought a sim card in the airport and phone worked fine. Would not recommend this product.

Card worked for data initially. Then stopped working until reset. Worked for a few minutes and stopped again. Phone and text are not working. I cleared network settings and made sure it was setup like instructions. I sent a message to support but did not receive any help within a hour.Update: I received support overnight which got the card working.

Was skeptical about ordering a SIM card ahead of time after reading all the mixed reviews on here. However, worked brilliantly on arrival. Takes some preparation, so you shouldn’t do this last minute. Be sure to activate 3 days before your arrival date through the website. The SIM card comes with instructions. I popped the card in before boarding my flight to Amsterdam. Upon landing, the card connected with no issues. Fast data. Made the trip super smooth without having to rummage around the airport to find a SIM. Highly recommend. I imagine the negative reviews are coming from those who didn’t activate in advance.

I purchased the Sim card to use in Europe and it did not work. I followed the instructions and set it up before leaving, entered in the first day of my trip so start the activation. But when I arrived and attempted to use the phone, I received a message that I did not have service. Total waste of money

Nosotros fuimos desde México a un tour por Europa (LONDRES, PARÍS, LUXEMBURGO, FRANKFURT, HEIDELBERG, ZÚRICH, LUCERNA, VADUZ, INNSBRUCK, PADUA, VENECIA, FLORENCIA, ROMA, PISA, NIZA, BARCELONA, ZARAGOZA, MADRID) y en todas esas ciudades funcionó perfecto, inclusive en lo alto de los Alpes en Suiza. Ofertan 12 GB, aunque en Londres te dan hasta 30GB. También funciona para Hotspot. Lo único que hay que tomar mucho en cuenta es que se programa el día de activación por la página web. En mi caso tuve problemas pues no encontraban el ID de la compra de Amazon y tuve que intercambiar correos con el soporte, quedando resuelto en dos días (por el cambio de horario) así que es importante tener la tarjeta al menos 1 semana antes del viaje para realizar el procedimiento por cualquier cosa. Recomendado al 100.

Was easy to use , though I had my nephew’s help for setting up the roaming . It worked very well while in England, Austria and Switzerland.However , once traveling in the train from Austria to Switzerland, passing through Germany it stopped working completely at a very crucial time for me but got back to normal when train entered Swiss territory.overall was happy to stay connected during my trip , not sure how many gigs I ended up using but for sure some remained that unfortunately will expire.

It took between 30 and 60 mins to activate. We ordered two one for my wife and one for me. Upon activation both worked as advertised except the data allowance increased by more than a factor of 4, at no cost!! 12 GB suddenly was increased to 50. We were informed by SMS. New English phone numbers worked of course. You must be patient. Activation can take up to an hour. Back home now.Phones worked flawlessly. Highly highly recommended.

At first, when the sim was inserted upon arrival in Barcelona, my phone indicated I had service, it appeared to have a very small amount of data as Google maps, which I needed, was working,. A short time later (about an hour), all my apps that required data stopped working. The phone showed I still was connected to the carrier (movistar) but it seemed as if the 12G data pack was not added. Emails to Sim Corner (when I reached the hotel and used wi-fi) were a challenge.Not sure what changed but the next day, the phone appeared to have data applied and the phone has worked well since. The remaining issue is I cannot check my data usage as I am unable to log into my Three Mobile account. It consistently says they are having "system trouble -try again later".Next trip I will be looking for a solution with less hassle.

Expensive waste of money. The SIM activated but the data package did not so I had to buy a top up package on arrival in the UK from a 3 Mobile shop. SIM card packages are available in several shops inside the airport terminals for a lot less than this one - and they work. Technical support was probably from a BOT so was useless at owning the problem and fixing it. Be warned.
