Taste really good

I've been avoiding making it bc I don't like tea. Well, this morning I made a cup. The tea bags are cute, not that it matters, but I did notice it. I let it steep as I walked outside to get some steps in. I came in and summoned the courage to taste it... I was actually very surprised! I like it! The taste is not like a normal tea, it is definitely more of a herbal warm drink. You can taste the ginger, but nothing is overwhelming. It's a light, herbal taste, almost like a sweet taste. Definitely not like the "teas" people think of... so keep that in mind. It's a wonderful morning drink that I really enjoy. I will continue to drink in the morning to start my day. I just started drinking it today, so no idea if it will reduce my bloat or light swelling in ankles. Either way, I really enjoy the taste so I will continue drinking this.

Works great. A life saver for a person lymphatic problems and also for my daughter would had swelling after an extensive surgery.

Natural Flavors is a vague term and may not be what you’re looking for so, beware!
