Completely useless and very poor quality, fitted the belt with weighted end correctly, one swing and belt broke open sending weighted ball flying, tried it 3 x more times, making sure belt links were all clipped in place and belt disintegrated every time, luckily tried it in kitchen, otherwise could have been an expensive purchase if the t.v had been on its flight path

The supplied instructions is incorrect. You don't need to undo the weight and fill it with sand or something else because it comes prefilled.The product is quick and easy to put together and does function quite well. Just remember to have enough clear space surrounding you and to give the weight a good horizontal throw, so it starts moving along the track before commencing your hula hooping. Lots of fun to be had and with the added benefit of it being exercise too.Even with clear surrounding space. I think it is wise to use this product away from TVs, mirrors and expensive items etc. Just in case one day the weight cord snaps and launches the weight as a projectile!

Love this, it was so easy to fit to my waist. The links come apart without any problems and the gravity ball just fed inside. It moved effortlessly around my waist at least it will when I get the hang of it properly lol.Its really fun to use and definitely works your tummy muscles, I’m looking forward to getting the hang of this and hopefully removing the links as my waist reduces.It feels a quality piece of exercise equipment, you won’t be disappointed

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this hula-hoop, having not used one since primary school, back in the days of hop-scotch! It is a genius invention. Unlike a traditional hula-hoop which - if you’re as uncoordinated as me - requires endless bending down to pick the darn thing back up again, this fits snugly around your waist and the goal is to keep the weighted pulley ball moving round (no mean feat!). The trick is to give it a good throw before you start moving.As other reviewers have mentioned, even though the inter-locking links seem secure, it probably isn’t a good idea to do this in the vicinity of children, pets, televisions, laptops, mirrors, etc, just in case. You really do have to get some momentum going to keep the gravity ball swinging round, and the velocity should it come loose would be quite something.Adjusting the hoop to fit your personal size is very easy and I really love the motivational factor of being able to remove links as your waist becomes slimmer. This exercise is great to do at home (preferably alone, unless you want to be laughed at). It definitely gets your heart racing and your body moving. And, most importantly, it really is fun.

This is absolutely amazing! Honestly when I first saw these I thought they might have been some sort of fad and I really didn’t believe you could possibly achieve any sort of results with it but I was wrong. First of all I would like to say that if you’re new to these there’s loads of great videos online to show you how to use them and get them going. Once you do get it going it’s really fun keeping it going and you can do different things with your arms at the same time if you’re wanting to do a harder workout. I couldn’t believe how much I was sweating after this, honestly I did not expect to have sweat literally dripping off me! I imagine after using this consecutively for a few month you will see results. I highly recommend getting one of these because they are fab!

Very easy to assemble and clever weighted smart hoop.The pieces are easy to lock into each other and can be adjusted to your size.One thing - it's really loud when the weight goes through thd hoop....But you need less space tgzn with a traditional weighted hoops and you won't have bruises.A great fitness product that I can highly recommend 😄😄😄😄😄

Great fun and easy to use. I've used a hoop like this before which sadly broke so this was a timely replacement. Easy enough to put together.
