Looking forward to using these, they are very light, plastic and portable to keep in my handbag! Accurate description and very clear illustrations given. It also informs you of all the poses and to which part of the body it will benefit. Essential if you wanted to exercise a certain area, or if you haven't got a lot of time. They are lighter than my thick yoga books and can be easily stored, without taking too much room on a bookshelf! Suitable for all yoga enthusiasts and I would highly recommend this seller, as they were dispatched very quickly. Inversion cards consists of : Downward Facing Dog, Headstand, Shoulderstand and Plow. These yoga cards are absolutely amazing! I've been practising using online video's, because I can never remember the routine. I didn't think there would be a way around this, but stumbled across these and they really are just perfect. I've done a couple of practices now using them and to get started used the sequences provided and they work so well - just lay them out in front of you and begin. They're a good size as well so the visuals are easy to read and all of the alignment queues are there as well with the health benefits and instructions for getting into the pose on the back. I must add that the customer service was absolutely first class as well and they arrived very quickly and perfectly packaged.

Using this product to help self teach yoga, very easy to use and follow with recommended sequences. Just placed in front of me next to the mat and followed, would recommend for any beginner.

Core dear these absolutely PONG like a drain!! came sealed and in a box but they absolutely reak. They’re very very thin. It’s a shame because they’re illustrated with very clear instructions and tips so perfect for the beginner but the SMELL is absolutely minging.

Having previously used the WorkoutLabs website for exercises I was confident that these cards would not disappoint. New to yoga and have bought a number of books to help along the way. These are by far a million times better as you can work out in advance what you are going to do and separate them from the rest of the gang. You can't do that with a book! Full of information and picture very clear. Highly recommend as a tool for use.

Nicht selten fällt man auch schon mal auf die Nass, wenn ein Produkt viele Bewertungen hat. Ich war zunächst skeptisch. Aber unbegründet in diesem Fall. Diese Yoga-Karten für Einsteiger sind inhaltlich, von der Qualität, der Machart und auch vom Aufbewahrungskarton super! Ich habe keinerlei Kritik, das Set lässt sich gut einsetzen, daher 5 Sterne. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dieses Produkt ist englischsprachig. Aber selbst wenn man die Sprache nicht spricht, die Bilder sind gut nachvollziehbar.

I was very hesitant to consider Yoga but these cards made it fun and easy to figure out in the privacy of my own home.

La confezione è ben curata, le carte sono robuste e anche la scatola che le contiene. Le dimensioni sono adeguate, né piccole né grandi. Anche la routine degli esercizi è buona, forse non esattamente per neofiti, più adatta a qualcuno che abbia almeno un'infarinatura di yoga o pilates per mantenere le posizioni e non rischiare contratture o dolori. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta.
