I honestly grabbed this off of a facebook ad that had a section of one chapter... I thought it was going to be cheesy. NOT AT ALL. Definitely recommend this book for the spicy level and for the actual story itself. It seems like its Cade's story at times, Izzy's at times, Combined at times and then a criminal aspect at times as well as a recovery story.Billionaire, mafia businessman, tech nerd, with tattoos? Yes, please.Cade Armanelli. Mafia business man, cyber security wizard. Billionaire. Izzy's boss. Izzy's twin sisters husband's family.So much happened in this book I didn't know whether I was coming or going. I wasn't sure whether or not she was going to be in trouble with the Albanian coding or not. Finding out Izzy's backstory was the most important part of the book for me because I've lost people to a battle with opioids (the scene with her singing to Lucas beat me down hard). I wanted to know how she got into that position, what lead her there, and what lead her to be so strong in her conviction that she was good at her job and worth it. I wanted to know more about both of these characters. Why was Cade so obsessed with her? How did he even know her other than being her boss?Such a good read that I read it in one sitting. Would definitely recommend this to others. Spice 4/5.

My absolute favorite of the series! Freaking Cade! Be is absolutely everything I want in an alpha hero. Possesive, arrogant, and pushy, but also protective, witty, and smart. I adored the banter between Izzy and Cade so much, and I love that it never went away. Even when the 'hate' turned to more, they still bickered and riled each other up. It was perfect.Once again, the author shows their ability to handle a difficult subject, in this case addiction, with sensitivity and realism. The writing was brilliant here. I loved everything about this workplace/ enemies to Lovers Romance.

Shain deserves ALL the hype! I absolutely love her books. She makes me fall in love with every character and she makes me feel every raw emotion the characters feel. I loved Cade so much! I would rate this a 4/5 for plot and 4.5/5 for ✨🌶️Spice🌶️✨

I never found out what Izzy was short for. Isabella? I read this before I read Delilah's story, so some things felt like I missed something. But overall, Izzy and Case's story was definitely intense. Izzy felt like she was a little immature, but I still liked her.

All on all I loved it. I couldn't put it down. Izzys issues are so well written and her reasoning is within reason. Case is a well written MMC. The spice is very good, and definitely TW worthy. My only co.plaint was I need more. I need more of their story, their wedding, their children their lives going forward. I needed to read about how Cade felt as she walked down the isle towards him, how she told Cade about their first child, who would be the perfect mix of them both.Amazing job creating a life I wish I could watch play out

This book was the steamiest, well written, action packed, book I've read in a while. My hormones and panties had no chance of surviving this story...I wanted more, I wanted more details of Cade, his body, his background, the history of his bdsm, and what's the story of his piercing🤤....I need his details lol

I absolutely loved this book. I laughed I cried oh God did I cry the heart break was captured perfectly. This was the best story with so many spicy 🔥 scenes

I had forgotten i had already read this story so since i started the serie again i reread and loved it this time around , ill def be buiying the paperbook lets see what the next book brings by the way shain rose knows how to write a story👌🤌

I love Dante y lilah story, but Izzy’s shatter me, how she suffered and how Cane was always there, I just love their story

Impecável escrita, te envolve desde o começo do livro até o final. Não vou mentir que no primeiro capítulo onde tem alguns cortes dos meses passando apenas com as mensagens me pegou um pouco, mas quando você segue a leitura vê que isso foi proposital. Me apaixonei pelo casal, pela a luta diária da Izzy, no melhor amigo dela, Luca, que enfrenta a mesma luta, e por Cade, que por si só ja é apaixonante, mas em como ele tenta proteger ela desde o início. Super recomendo esse livro, leitura que flui muito bem. Primeiro livro que li da autora mas tenho certeza que não vai ser o último.

Cade e Izzy são intensos. Cheios de paixão e caos. A história é quente mas tb trata de temas importantes, como vício e saúde mental.

I liked that book very much, even if I would have loved a more discrete/suggestive cover. Certain particular points in the story may disturb the reader, though !

Loved every chapter of this book. How there was never a dull moment and kept me reading till the end.
