Q: were do you get cup refills and size

they're the standard dixie cups, I've seen them at Walmart, Sam's, anywhere where paper goods are sold

Q: Don't have the adhesive to stick to the wall and dispenser where can I get it?

The dispenser comes with a gadget that sticks to the wall, you don't need adhesive. One should also be aware to use the 5 oz cups as the 2oz cups all out.

Q: Will the adhesive stick to a block wall?
