Decent cream but has white pigment in it so be careful if you are pale like me.
Let me start by saying this is a decent product but it's not good for me. I like that it has a white pigment in it that makes your skin look more even. Especially if you have dark spots that you wish looked less apparent. That being said I have really pale skin already this just sorta made me whiter. I used it under my foundation and it didn't seem to have any issues, but I have sensitive skin so I'm not sure why but it did break me out...could be any reason really. It has a light scent that to me smells like grapefruit, I didn't love the smell but it wasn't awful. Overall, it's decent and I would try other w.lab products in the future.

Good Brightener
This cream initially goes on white on your skin, and then fades into your skin, providing a brightening effect. It's good to help visually minimize the red tone of your face. Over time, it helps to reduce the redness of your face. There's strong citrusy scent but that dissipates over time. When used under foundation, it smoothes out your face and helps cover redness even better.

Hides skin redness
First, I’d like to see ingredients and directions in English. I know that as a Korean brand it makes sense for the label to be in Korean, but I just with that I could see the ingredients at least.Since the bottle is in Korean, I used this before going back to the listing to see what it was supposed to do. I did a side by side on half my face with another moisturizer and thought, “wow, that does a great job on reducing skin redness”. Then I checked the listing and see that it’s tinted - it wasn’t super tinted, it just looked like my skin was much more even. In all the photos on the listing the woman’s skin is much lighter, but I mostly noticed it in my red cheeks. It goes on well and feels good, but I hate the smell. I’m guessing grapefruit. It smells much too strong for my liking, enough so that I don’t know I’ll use it again. If you really like grapefruit maybe it isn’t so bad.

Gives the illusion of radiant skin, WHILE you wear it, only.
I love the way the W.LAB WHITE HOLIC AWAKENING TONING CRÈME smells. It makes my mouth water and makes me wish the lemon smell was a little bit stronger. It’s subtle, you barely get a wiff, and it’s gone quick. I generally like my beauty creams unscented, but I’ll make an exception for that mouthwatering lemon scent anytime. After using the W LAB For a month I’ve come to a couple conclusions about it. I think it makes you look radiant, and your skin more even toned. I don’t think it ACTUALLY makes your skin more radiant AND even toned. It looks like it, because of the white reflective properties in the cream. When you apply it, it clearly goes on white, before quickly fading. I think it works by reflecting light, drawing the eye away from any skin flaws. The reflected light is a trick of the eye, which does make you look more radiant. I don’t actually see any evidence of my an improvement in skin tone and condition, after a month of using this cream.I’m not saying this product is without value, because applying it makes your skin look better just like applying a foundation covers of flaws. It works like make up does.I’m always skeptical of lotions and creams that promise to do too much. The product page promises a lot. The package promises nothing, unless you speak Korean. Since I don’t know what it says in Korean, I’m assuming It spells out the purpose of the cream, and how it is supposed to work, clearly. Buyers deserve that. But it makes me think perhaps they don’t want to make the same promises in English, right on the package, that were made on product sales page. Better to be vague, than to make promises, you can’t keep.It does seem like many of the sweeping claims made on the product pages of face creams, are not listed on the actual packaging and labels of the product when you get it. Nothing does at all. I do get tired of manufacturers claiming that their product addresses numerous diverse skin concerns. When I order product I’m happy of it just does the one thing I need it to do, and it does it well. This product reflects light off your skin which is useful all by itself. When you remove your make up, that light reflecting quality is gone and your skin doesn’t appear to be any worse, but it also doesn’t appear to be any better.I say, buy this, if you need something to give the illusion of better skin by reflecting light. If you’re expecting it to do all the other things that it claims to do, I’m very skeptical.I do love that mouthwatering scent, though!

Not Made for Beautifully, Melanated People
I ordered this because I have a few dark spots that I wanted to lighten. This product is not for me. This product is not for beautifully, melanated people! I only gave it one star because I had to rate it!

Everything is written in Korean
Unfortunately I have no clue what any of the packaging (other than the name) says, so I have to guess how to use it. It goes on a lot like sunscreen, it's very hard to actually get completely worked in. If you can read Korean it may work better for you.

Works great!
This cream actually works to brighten your skin, while you wear it. When you wash your face you're back to normal. I use this awakening cream because my skin tone is really uneven, I have dark circles and red splotchy skin. This really helps to even everything out :)
