Q: I can see the photos on the camera but nothing is there when i transfer. Am i doing something wrong?

Depends what file format you have saved the images and what device you are viewing. I use a max and they show up fine. Can you see them in camera?

Q: Does this work with all cameras

NO it will fit most all of them But some are limited to a certain size in GB if its limited to 32GB or 64 GB or 128GB then it wont work only cards UP TO the max size stated in the camera Instructions.

Q: need sdhc card for a tomtom over 16 gb

I got mine for my video camera but it should work in a tomtom but check size first you may need a micro sd card.

Q: Does this card fit a FHD 1080P car camcorder?

I'm not 100% sure, but my car camera takes a micro SD, this is NOT a micro SD so just be mindful of that before purchasing. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
