Good price and speedy delivery. Very small and easy to swallow. Don’t know if they do any good or not but keep taking them anyway, at this price be silly not to.

i dyed my hair in may, now in novemebr i dont dye again cos there is no gray? how is that even possible?

Bought these as they seemed a good bargain. Unfortunately they didn't make any difference unlike the ones from I normally buy from a well known health shop. They made my hair brittle and did nothing for my nails
