Magnesium Chloride Flakes 2.5kg tub

The package was great. I bought these flakes particularly for my psoriasis on both calves as my ankles were badly swollen with infection. I put the flakes in my bath tub and stayed there for 20 minutes. I also made a magnesium oil spray - 1 part flakes to three parts distilled water9warm) the decanted in to a spray bottle and sprayed both feet this morning and put on cotton socks for 20 minutes then washed both feet. The swelling is sand I will experiment as I go. We are all individuals and what ddoes for one does not always work for another. I am impressed with the quality and price

I am a magnisium fan, it cured my chronicle lack of energy and consistent feeling of flue like simptoms and I find that putting it in the bath an excellent way to sooth my cramping leg muscle, it also gets rid of the ruff skin on my feet and anywhere else, tops of your arms lady's !

At last my Magnesium isn't going all wet, much better in a tub. Soak in it!

have been using it now for a few weeks. mixed it with distilled water and made it up 50/50. it just works great for pain and has an amazing feeling on your skin, like nothing ive ever felt.

(Simplemente se hace mezclando el mismo volumen de agua previamente hervida y aún caliente y de magnesio; se mezcla bien hasta que queda tarnsparente y ya está listo para utilizar) Lo estoy utilizando para darme un pequeño masaje tanto antes de correr como después de ducharme y me va estupendamente. -Espero que a tod@s. Además sele muy económico y no mancha, aunque sí deja huellas en el suelo, y recomiendo echarse dentro de la ducha o toalla. Tambien recomiendo utilizarlo con un pulverizador, es mas practico.
