You want to exercise but can't find the time. Gyms are expensive, and there's traffic. When you do go to the gym, you don't know what to do, and you're not really sure how to use the equipment anyway. You could get a personal trainer, but they're really expensive. You've tried working out in the past, but you got bored, lost motivation, and you didn't see any results. We designed Stack 52 for you. With Stack 52, you can work out anywhere. Got 5 minutes three times a day? That's perfect. No preparation, no planning. Just get out your cards and play a quick game. Games are fun and competition is motivating. You'll never do the same workout twice, so it's always fresh and exciting. Multiple small workouts several times day are scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to burn fat and build muscle. For even more fun, play with your friends and family. Challenge each other and get fit and strong together. About Stack 52 and Sergeant Volkin Sergeant Michael Volkin has a master's degree in science, has authored 5 books, and has over 20 years of fitness experience. The US Army awarded Sergeant Volkin the Army Commendation Medal for the fitness programs he designed for the troops while stationed overseas. Stack 52 exercise games have been sold in over 24 countries. What's in the Box: The Original Strength Stack 52 Deck contains 54 color coded, suited, and numbered exercise playing cards. There are 6 different colors with each color representing the dominate muscle group worked. The Tri Pack contains the original deck plus the Expansion and Insane Pack for a total of 121 cards and 114 different bodyweight exercises.

Good motivational tool
I bought these as a gift for my husband who is working away from home a lot at the moment and doesn't find time to go to the gym. They are small and light enough to take away with him and he can choose exercises that he doesn't need his gym kit for. Yes, they are £20 for a deck of cards, but that is obvious before you buy them. They won't exercise for you but will motivate you to get moving and because of the potential randomness of exercises that could come up, your workout won't get boring. Would recommend if you've got the willpower but only the time for short bursts of exercise - think HIIT or metafit.

No excuses
These are a really nice set of cards with a good range of exercises on them. None of the exercises require equipment or even much space, so there's literally no excuse not to draw a few cards and do a little workout. The online instructional videos are very helpful in describing the correct form. There's also a lot of games described on the website which I haven't tried out, but if I get chance I will, as they all seem well thought out

Easy to keep up the exercises
These cards are a great idea. You always have time to exercise when you only need to do a few minutes at a time. It doesn't seem as if it could work but I have noticed exercises getting easier, even without diligently performing them each day. You don't need any equipment and you don't even need to change so long as your clothes allow enough movement. The downside? The price. I would be keen to buy more if they were cheaper.

Better quality than some of the other makes
Strength Stack is better value for money than some of the others. All 52 cards are exercise cards (rather than the half-a-pack of crap and advertising that you get with some of the others). A good way to randomly select workout elements if you get bored doing the same old workout all the time.

Great for those who struggle to hit the gym!
As a new dad to a 1 month old, getting to the gym is pretty difficult at the moment but that's where these cards step in! The body weight exercises mean I don't need any equipment and I can do them pretty much any where and any time. My other half takes great joy in picking a handful of cards at a time and then watching me sweat as she feeds the baby!

A fun extra!!!
I use this has a extra bit of fun in my circuit class. After 3 exercises I ask someone from the class to pick a card!! Good variation of exercises, especially like the different levels of exercise. The only reason I didn’t give it 5* was the cost!!! I want to get the others in the set but that would be quite expensive...Maybe a special discount for those that but 3 packs of cards???

Brilliant cards, being in Forces I can take them ...
Brilliant cards, being in Forces I can take them round and use on own or with others. Would like swim cards for use in the pool also.
