Nothing beats a good night sleep! They didn't think it would help them but when they woke they said last thing they remebered was saying it wouldn't work! So for us it's a big hit!Everytime my wifes migraines cause anxiety and insomnia even though smells can be extremely painful during attacks this still helps and doesn't effect her adversly, she uses the anxiety one and the sleep one.The only thing and seen as I've bought these twice now it doesn't really put me off, is they do seem to leak a bit.
