I ordered this watch in error & was all set to return it for the one I originally wanted. Decided to try it and am keeping it. It superb. Accuracy is spot on. Taken it Scuba diving already and no problems at all at 20 meters. The glow is amazing and super bright and easy to see. Like someone else posted been asked already if it's a TAG . Also have a TAG watch and that's in the drawer for now.

Bought this as the price was good at the time. However the dials aren’t blue and orange as shown and it’s smaller than the Recon which I’ve already got so sent it back. Nice watch just not right for me and isn’t as nice as the Recon.

This watch is not to bulky. The straps are made out of a nice rubber. Does not irritate the skin. Very easy to set time and date. Pull the dial out to set time in date and make sure you click it in place after. Comes with 2 years warranty. The instruction manual is strapped to the watch inside the plastic box the watch comes in.

This is a really attractive all black watch, except for the silver backing. It comes with a two year guarantee from the time you purchase it from Amazon. The dial is illuminated so that you can see the time even on the darkest night and this illumination lasts up to 25 years which shows that it's a watch that is built to last.The watch strap is made of rubber, which is functional and practical but I’m not sure if that will last up to 25 years. The watch has a light but well constructed feel to it and looks good for even smarter occasions as well as casual. It is waterproof at up to 200m, so ideal for those secret missions or swimming on holiday. Overall it feels well made and looks really attractive in a butch kind of way.

This is the most rugged watch I've ever seen. It completely looks the part, in rubberised black with a rubber wrist band. It does just six things: date, hours, minutes, seconds, elapsed diving time (with a turnable bezel), and glows in the dark. It does these things to intense depth, and enormous resistance to shock. The manual details (in tiny print) all of the Special Forces worldwide that use it, or a version of it.Slightly oddly, in terms of practicality, but quite right in terms of marketing, the watch is supplied in a Pelicase. Pelicases are so rugged that the larger ones have NATO part numbers. Given that this watch is almost indestructible, it seems a bit superfluous. On the other hand, it gives you a nicely indestructible case to keep your sunglasses in.This is a watch for the adventurous, and for those who would like to seem so. If you've broken your watch several times doing extreme sports or manual work, then this might be a good choice, especially if you have large wrists.

Mit einem Durchmesser von 45 mm ist diese Uhr etwas größer als eine klassische Herrenarmbanduhr und auch ein wenig größer als das Vorgängermodell. Augenblicklich ist aber bei fast allen Uhrenherstellern ein Trend zu größeren Gehäusen feststellbar, so dass dieses Modell dem Zeitgeschmack entspricht.Was mir an der Variante "Stealth Blackout" besonders gefällt, ist das puristisch schwarze Design. Es handelt sich um eine Sportuhr, genauer gesagt eine Taucheruhr, mit der typischen in einer Richtung drehbaren Lünette, die vor dem Zeitalter der Tauchcomputer für jeden Sporttaucher ein Muss war. Diese Uhr kann man natürlich auch zum Tauchen benutzen. Sie besitzt eine Wasserdichtigkeit von 20 atm, ist also bis 200 m Wasserdicht. Wer die Uhr vorwiegend zum Tauchen verwenden möchte, ist möglicherweise mit einem Modell in einer helleren Farbe besser bedient. Das schwarze Modell ist dafür schlicht und unauffällig, so dass man diese Uhr auch einmal im Büro tragen kann.Das Zifferblatt ist übersichtlich: Bei drei Uhr findet sich ein kleines Datumsfenster (ohne Vergrößerung), sonst gibt es nur die Zeiger. Dadurch wirkt das Zifferblatt aufgeräumt. Der Hersteller ist bekannt für seine Leuchttechnologie. Sowohl die Zeiger, einschließlich des Sekundenzeigers, als auch die Indizes sind auch bei Dunkelheit ablesbar. Der Hersteller verspricht, dass diese stromunabhängige Funktion, ca. 25 Jahre erhalten bleibt.Die Uhr trägt sich rotz der Größe angenehm. Sie wiegt gut 70 g und kommt mir beim Tragen im Alltag keinesfalls lästig und schwer vor. Das ebenfalls schwarze Kautschuk-Band ist gut verarbeitet. Die Krone wird durch zwei seitliche Ansätze geschützt, ist aber nicht verschraubt.Da es sich um ein Quartz-Werk aus Schweizer Produktion handelt, ist die Ganggenauigkeit einwandfrei. Batterien halten bei Uhren dieser Art nach meiner Erfahrung ca. 18 bis 24 Monate. Wenn die Batterie dann getauscht wird, ist es sowieso an der Zeit, die Wasserdichtigkeit zu überprüfen.Fazit: Es handelt sich um eine schöne und gut verarbeitete Sportuhr. Die Uhr ist robust, aber nicht klobig. Wesentliche Zusatzfunktionen gibt es nicht. Dadurch ist das puristisch-schwarze Design stimmig. Die Uhr verfügt über angenehme Trageeigenschaften, sie besitzt die bei einem Quartz-Werk zu erwartende Ganggenauigkeit, und aufgrund der Leuchttechnologie ist die Zeit jederzeit ablesbar. Die Uhr ist modern, aber nicht "modisch", so dass man sie meiner Meinung nach für viele Jahre im Alltag tragen kann.

Diese Herren-Armbanduhr von Luminox mit dem Namen Navy Seal XS.3501 kann neben der Uhrzeit den aktuellen Monatstag anzeigen und hat eine sehr robuste und funktionelle Taucherlünette, die nur gegen den Uhrzeigersinn verstellt werden kann und bei jeder Bewegung merklich einrastet und damit stabil sitzt. Schön sind die selbstleuchtenden Elemente, dank denen die Uhr auch im Dunkeln abgelesen werden kann. Das Schweizer Quartzuhrwerk wird Batterie betrieben. Leider geht aus der Anleitung und sonst auch nicht hervor, ob eine 1,5 Volt oder 3 Volt Batterie eingesetzt wurde. Das ist aber wichtig, um zu wissen, wie lange in etwa die Batterie hält. Laut Anleitung hält eine 1,5 Volt Batterie etwa 18-36 Monate, während eine 3 Volt Batterie etwa 36-72 Monate hält. Die Uhr ist sehr solide und sauber verarbeitet, genau wie das Gummi-Armband. Wem Gummi nicht zusagt, der kann sich natürlich für diese Uhr ein Lederarmband zulegen.Fazit:- sauber verarbeitete Uhr mit Schweizer Quartzuhrwerk, robust und solide- auch im Dunkeln dank selbstleuchtender Elemente ablesbar- sehr gute Tacuherlünette- leider keine genaue Angabe, wie lange die Battereie hält- lediglich Gummiarmband bei diesem Modell mitgeliefert

Auch ich bin weder Minentaucher noch Kampfschwimmer ;), ich bin gar kein Taucher. Wassersportler (Rudern, Segeln) aber schon.Insofern fand ich den Besitz einer solchen Armbanduhr durchaus sinnvoll. Und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Luminox XS.3501.BO.Die Uhr ist relativ groß, ja, aber markant. Trotz des komplett schwarzen Gehäuses inkl. Zifferblatt lässt sich die Uhr gut ablesen. Durch die eingebauten, selbstleuchtenden und batterieunabhängigen Elemente ist die Uhr bei allen Lichtverhältnissen immer gut ablesbar. Das Schweizer Uhrwerk läuft zudem präzise, so wie man es zu erwarten hat. Außer einer Datumsanzeige und einer nur gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehbaren Lünette hat die Uhr keine weiteren Funktionen. simple but cool.Weiters gefällt mir das geringe Gewicht der Uhr. Trotz der Größe hat man eben nicht so einen Klotz am Arm. Und die Uhr verfügt über ein robustes und stabiles Armband, dass die Eigenschaften von Festigkeit bei sehr guter Flexibilität ausgewogen kombiniert.Der verlangte Obolus ist nicht gerade gering, aber die Qualität stimmt dafür umso mehr.
