I am giving this 4 star because the door flap does not stay level and not shut properly ,as you be able to see via photo's , it is very deep and tall enough for my cat to step into I would say that if you have a kitten it would struggle to get in or out because the base is deep . for the price it's okay and quick delivery to ...sorry my bad I fitted the door wrong and it does fit perfect hence altering my stars to 5

My second purchase of this design of litter tray and my two cat's have no problem's at all with using them.It arrived within the time stated, well packaged and in perfect condition. All fitted together as they needed to, no problem's.I have found that the odour does stay within the box, because when I take the lid off to clean it out.......corrrrrrrrrVery good value for money and would recommend and purchase again.Thank you and kind regards, Elaine, Toma's and Suzy ☺😺😺

Alright but the door doesn't quite close properly, it hangs directly down and at the slight angle of the cover. This means some litter does get kicked out when the cat is digging about which is a bit annoying. Minimal odour though, and certainly a lot less litter spray about than a coverless tray. The carbon filter is a bit of a con though - it's just a thin mesh strip badly clipped into the vents in the top. Don't think it really does anything.

The lid doesn't fit properly unless you force the clips to snap closed! This heap of rubbish would be broken in no time at all. Totally unsuitable for purpose!

Bought this litter box as out previous one really needed a change. I like how high this box is and how deep the box is, so out cat can really dig should he want to. Only downside it that I find the bottom and the top don't stay well on each other when you move the box.

Unfortunately the flap did not fit properly, it was dropping from the plastic frame as frame too wide and it would rub against top of cage. Managed to fix the issues with some effort.

My cats don't like having the lid on, so that's already gone. When it was on however I did notice, as many other reviewers have said, that the clips on the side are not great and you can VERY easily end up with litter and worse all over the place unless you hold it from the bottom too.
