Good to help with bowel movements 👍
I put this in my protein shake, helps with good bowel movements. Smaller bag than I thought I should have taken more notice of size when ordering.

Bought this after seeing that programme on the tv about better sleep. I have just now finished it.l used it in low cal hot chocolate at night. I could not detect a difference in the taste and after a few days I think I felt a bit calmer at night I don't know if I slept longer but I think it might have been more restful. The pack did not last very long and I did use three teaspoons each night,hopefully to get the full effect it said to use 12 ml and I used 15. I might give it another try so I am still hopeful, as it is supposed to help the gut bacteria also. Three stars just now, till I try again. That is just my experience and I a chronic bad sleeper,maybe I am expecting too much. I would suggest anyone give it a go see what you think. Hope this is helpful. D Carr.

the best thing i have taken since having stomach and bowel problems .,
prior to taking Bioglan Inulin, i was on prescription medication from my doctor. while in the surgery waiting room 6 months ago i saw a leaflet on the information rack, about BIOGLAN INULIN..I thought it was worth a try, I did and .because of it my condition has improved 100%......i mix it with my cuppa, fruit juice, you can use it in anything and it's tasteless.,, im 71 i suffered from GORD and osphigusitis. it has improved my symptoms within a couple of days .xx

Does what it says on the packet!
Lesson learnt - don't take it too late in the evening unless you want to be woken up in the middle of the night. I am also adjusting the recommended 3 times a day to once a day for me. Very happy with results. No flavour and easy to take in a class of water.

We use it once aday at breakfast and it seems to work well for the for the purpose we buy it.
