I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. Tastes of apricot, very pleasant in my mouth which gets really sore about 7 weeks after my 12 weekly B12 injections. It arrived yesterday morning. I had the days dose straightaway and the soreness went away until late evening but it wasn't so bad. Today I haven't reached out for the dual action lozenges that numb my mouth after having a few. Fingers crossed this will do the trick for me.
