Amazing Mirror.
What a beautiful mirror, excellent value for money. I wasn’t expecting it to be as large as it is, but it is perfect. The mirror was so well packaged, in perfect condition. I wish I had purchased this mirror sooner. Excellent communication throughout from Fragilistics. Would 100% recommend this mirror.

Beautiful mirror! Arrived damaged the first time but a replacement was sent promptly. The second one was intact and looks great on the living room wall.

Good looking mirror.
A good-looking mirror that has to be handled with care. The packaging seemed to be ok as it was double boxed in good quality cardboard boxes. Unfortunately, the first one we ordered had a break on one of its edges, but as we were really wanting this large size of mirror, we decided to re-order it. This was when the Amazon returns department really helped us, because we had a replacement delivered within four working days and the damaged one uplifted with no real problems.

Very Large plain wall mirror - Excellent with replacing damaged original
The original mirror was delivered quickly by specialist service. Unfortunately on unpacking was found to be damaged. Did think at time the packing was rather flimsy for such a delicate item. Replacement requested and arrived within a week and original taken away by same carrier. There was no problem with requesting a replacement. The second mirror was much better packed. The mirror is perfect. Just what we wanted. Been admired by others. So glad we opted for replacement rather than refund.

Arrived smashed twice
Beautiful very good quality heavy mirror but arrived broken, Amazon offered to replace or refund, I chose replace and got the 2nd one in a worse state! Will be asking for my money back. Amazon must waste so much money replacing damaged goods through poor transport and packaging. I will go directly to the manufacture to order it on my 3rd attempt.

Nice quality, nice price, great delivery
Very pleased with this mirror, needed to buy heavy duty fixings, the sort you use for TV brackets, for little extra cost would of been nice if they came with it, but over all we very pleased 👍

Mirror has arrived smashed/damaged.
Mirror itself is beautiful however the mirror has arrived smashed down one side.
