I’ve been using U45 cream for my one-year-old baby, and I honestly absolutely love it. She has eczema, and this cream has made such a big difference—it really soothes and hydrates her skin, reducing the redness and dryness so much more effectively than anything else we’ve tried. Even though it’s fragrance-free, the smell isn’t bad at all—surprisingly mild and totally fine, especially for a baby product. I appreciate that it’s gentle yet powerful, and it’s safe for daily use on sensitive skin. This cream has become a must-have in our routine. Highly recommended for any parent dealing with baby eczema or dry skin. Truly a great product! 💙

This is my first jar of this so I wanted to wait to review it until I gave it a fair shake. I want to preface this by saying I do not have a diagnosis, as I can't afford a dermatologist. I have very dry AND oily skin on my face, especially around my nose and mouth, as well as sores and flakiness. This is an issue that a multitude of OTC products haven't been able to curb over the last decade+ The E45 cream did make my skin worse for about 2 weeks, but then it started calming down and now I'm about 7 weeks in and my skin looks better than it ever has! I'm so excited! The sores haven't shown up in about 3 weeks, and there are no flakes and no itchiness! I'm absolutely blown away and I really hope my skin continues looking this great as I continue to use this product! I'm using a regimen of E45 cream 2-3x daily and "eb5" facial wash once daily. I've been using the eb5 for a while and I never got results this good until I added E45 to my routine. I read other reviews saying the jars aren't filled enough, and I had the same thought upon opening it. I have found that I only need to use a small amount for each application, so the jar is proving to last a while for me. If I needed to apply it on more than just my face, then I could see this being an issue. I purchased this on January 10, I've been using it 2-3x daily, and as of March 4 I still have more than half of what I received. I also want to mention the scent, as in there really isn't any! It kind of has a generic lotion smell, but it's not strong by any means. Strong or perfumey scents trigger migraines for me, so I'm super grateful that this doesn't have a scent. The cream actually feels pretty good on my face, too. It feels moisturizing and it felt kind of cool and soothing back when I was still dealing with sores and itchiness. It does leave a greasy feel on my fingers, though, which is easily remedied with soap and water :) If you're struggling with skin issues and you have the funds, then I highly recommend trying this out. It did seem a bit pricey to me, but it honestly has been proving to be invaluable.
