This is an excellent product, safe on plastics/trip also (some cheaper products are not...be aware it could easily ruin your day)! Upon receipt of the product and despite excellent sturdy packaging, it had leaked (mishaps happens, they are shipping liquid at the end of the day and cannot vouch for the handling of items by parcel delivery guys). A quick message to Auto finesse and solved. No questions asked, a replacement was shipped that same day, and i received it the next if good order Excellent customer service.

Gave this stuff a try and it didn’t disappoint. Worked very well on removing the tar spots from my paintwork and my wheels.

Good quality

I don't find it removes tar particularly well, but it makes removal of any baked-on sticker residue pretty effortless, so handy to have around for the car and house all the same. Wouldn't buy again as I was after (an effective) tar remover though!

DEFINTLY WORKS.

Mainly use this on wheels to remove tar which collects on inside of rim. Its also excellent at removing the adhesive from stick on balance weights that get left on after replacing and balancing tyres. Because im OCD when detailing cars, I like the inside of the wheel to look as good as the outside. Just be careful using this as its very strong and will probably damage paintwork or wheel lacquer if left on too long. Do small section at a time and thoroughly clean off.

worked very well at getting the tar marks and rubber of the side of my car only problem with it is it stinks if you get it on any fabric your smell it for days but is a very good product

I have used this on three occasions now and it just does't work. If a bug hit your car, you stopped, got this stuff out of the boot and immediately applied it, It may work. If however you use it as most people do, when you wash your car, it just doesn't work. I have to rub it and rub it and rub it and even then there is still bits of bug on the paint. Surely the idea of this product is to minimise the amount of damage to paint and clear coat by the bug and friction used to remove it.

I’ve tried to get the road tar off my car near the fenders with soap and water but had no luck with gentle rubbing with a microfiber. Did some research and this product came up, just a small spray and left on for 30 seconds and the tar just comes right off. Pretty amazing and does exactly what you want. My package also came with gloves and an air freshener, a nice little addition. The bottle itself is also wrapped 3 times with bubble wrap and taped and sealed at the top, super protected and appreciated
