Wilton Mini Doughnut Baking Tin, 12 Hole

I saw this recommended on a cake group on FB and then read the reviews before purchasing. I bought the tin in size M and made perfect sized mini doughnuts so no idea how small they are in the mini tin but the tin is great quality and can tell it will last.The recipe included was easy to follow and as someone suggested in their review, I piped the mix into the tin, which was super fast and easy. I was a bit dubious of how easy they'd pop out without a proper cake release spray as the recipe advises to use vegetable spray (I have those 1cal ones for cooking already) but I followed it and they pop out very easily without sticking and do only take 6-7 minutes to bake.For my second batch I took out the nutmeg and used vanilla fudge Flavoured icing sugar (sugar and crumbs brand) instead of granulated sugar to go a little bit sweeter but the original recipe is great too. It's more a dough mix than cake so they taste great - like doughnuts without the grease. I checked what the UK equivalent to cake flour was and used 1 cup of plain flour but swapped 2tbsp for cornflour and worked fine.I dipped mine in melted chocolate and added a few sprinkles. The recipe makes 13-14 doughnuts and with how quick they bake I just left my extra dough in the piping bag. The first time I did try using all the dough in 12 doughnuts but then some were overfilled so looked like little mushrooms. Still tasted great though!I'd definitely recommend this tray for making your own mini doughnuts perfectly.

I was after a mini doughnut baking tin for ages and happy I got this. I chose the smallest size as I wanted it to use as decoration for my cupcakes and they are super cute.Very fast delivery, easy to use and tin is sturdy.A recipe is included with the tin. It's non stick but just make sure to not overflow the tin.Have used this product several times and do recommend! Next time will get the bigger sized tin.

My mistake. I should have checked the dimensions more carefully as the mini size is about half a brownie tin size and isn’t what I needed. That is not why I have docked it a star as that was my fault. My big issue is with the packaging which was held on by a ridiculously gummy glue. It won’t wash off with soap and water and I have just spent a long time trying to pick it out with my fingernails from the joints of the doughnut holes in line with the glue on the cardboard. The glue had seeped into the seams and would have burnt on if not removed carefully and might taint the baking. Then I had to use a nail brush to try to get the glue off my hands and it took several washings to get it off completely. This is totally unnecessary and I’ve never seen glue like it previously.

These arrived very quickly and are very strong and sturdy. Great for baked doughnuts or baked goods that have a hole in the middle. Non-stick, I always use butter to grease my pans. Good value as well and easy to clean.

I ordered the medium but it was kind of a mini donut. If you want to make regular-sized donuts, don’t order the medium. Otherwise, quality is great.

Arrived quickly and very well made , unfortunately knocking a couple of stars off as “medium” is not what I would call medium . The doughnuts are very small. “Tiny” must be the size of a polo!!

Always wanted to make cute little donuts like you see in magazines and this seemed a good idea for baking.The size is great for little ‘pop them in your mouth’ size bites so I whipped up a batch of batter for it and baked in the oven.It truly is no stick but only as long as you cook your donuts with enough time, if they’ve been left the right amount of time they slide right out.I was early in taking mine out one time and 95% of the donut came out ok but a little remained but honestly I think that’s more me being inpatient than the tins fault.If you want to give them a spray coat you can but I find that gives mine a funny taste so I don’t like to use it.Just bake everything properly and no need to spray it though.

I’d recommend filling the moulds right up as they are so tiny you want to get a good size, really cute

Lo usé para hacer minidonuts de chocolate. Fácil de usar, hornea muy bien al repartir el calor por toda la superficie.Se limpia con facilidad.
