So good
For the price, this is SO worth it. It's changed my life!I first bought one in 2023, and the elastic snapped last week. It's had a good 18+ months use and I use it multiple times a week, and given how inexpensive it is, I wasn't mad about it. I immediately bought a new one because it's so worth it!I have a baby and finding the time to cook is so hard - this saves me so much time when it comes to prepping veg. It chops even hard veg really well, and really fine. Would recommend.

Great gadget that won;t break the bank
Although I have a full size food processor, I needed a smaller one that would just do a few cloves of garlic or maybe 1 onion. I think this is the best kitchen device I have bought in a very long time. It's very simple how it works, but is well made and easy to assemble and take apart. Cleaning is simple and you can wash by hand or put it in the dishwasher.I have chopped 1 onion at a time, cutting into 4 chunks first, placing the pieces in and you then just pull the cord, and watch the food get chopped up. You can easily set how small the piecies are by only pulling on the cord a couple of times and looking what size the food pieces are, then pulling again until you're happy. It's so easy and I went on to chop 1kg of onions in this way, using a spatula to scrape out the pieces, and though you remove the blade each time, it's easy to do that and very easily slots back into place. It was great to chop a bulb of garlic and make a batch of garlic butter with it, after peeling the cloves first, I put around half in the tub, though it would hold more, and did it in two batches. Really simple to chop herbs by the bunch and also made light work of harder veg, like carrots. I peeled and cut the carrots into around 3 pieces before processing. I needed a punnet of mushrooms chopped finely and would normally do this by hand, but using this device was a no brainer. did it all in seconds. I will be trying bread next to see how fine I can get the breadcrumbs.Love this gadget and would rather spend a bit longer processing the food like this, with an easy wash up, compared to processing large quantites in my full size Magimix, and then have the hastle of washing that kit.Well worth the money and got it next day delivery.

As seen on TV
I saw an advert of this somewhere and it just looked like something I needed in my kitchen! To be honest I was a little sceptical after seeing the video advert because it almost seemed too easy to be true but I thought, well its always worth a try? I'm so glad I took that leap! It is by far the most easy to use and easy to clean manual food processor! The blades are very sharp but please bear in mind it will get stuck if you put in large chunks of food for it to cut up e.g. potatoes, onions. I always use it for cutting up vegetables when making soup or general garlic, onions etc. for when you need them for certain recipes. The blades do come with a protective sheath when not in use which I recommend not throwing away as it is definitely a safety feature you want to keep especially if you have any children around. The sheath can be a bit fiddly as it is quite snugly fitted and you need to take the different layers above/below the blade apart to remove the sheath but once thats all done, grab your freshly prepared vegetables (avoid large chunks especially if the vegetable is quite dense e.g. potato), throw them in, put on the lid and just pull the handle towards you! The more times you pull the finer it chops up your vegetables. To clean, I just pop a drop of dish washing soap, fill it about half way with hot water, pop the lid back on and just give it a few pulls of the handle to get the inside all nice and bubbly then rinse thoroughly. You can always add some lemon juice into the soap mixture if you want to remove any strong smells like garlic and onion. Remember to not submerge the lid as this may destroy the mechanics! Just use hot water to rinse the underside and a clean damp cloth to wipe the top and handle. A must have in the kitchen for those cooking fanatics!

Great Processor
Had one before but it felt and broke so was looking for a substitute. This one is great. Fits two whole onions which is great for my meal preps. Also two packs of garlic which last me for 02 weeks.

Better than expected -- works really well
I have a large poweful blender which turns everything into soup, or when I put nuts in it they get instantly turned to nut dust (or 'flour' as people call it).But I wanted something that is more controllable, and can be used to cut nuts into smaller pieces for baking. This Zyliss hand powered device works brilliantly. It is also great for chopping up onions, celery, apples, etc, etc.It seems strong and durable; and is easy to clean. I am very pleased with it.

Really clever
I love this. After several years of use the bowl is splitting but it still works. The blade is ulra sharp and its great for grinding nuts, mincing garlic or chillies and numerous other tasks. You have a lot of control with the hand operation to get the texture you want. It's also more powerful than you would imagine. And kids love doing it!!
