Saved my Victa mower
The excellent Victa 2-stroke mowers are made in Australia and no longer imported to the UK (something to do with emissions I believe). Consequently spares are becoming increasingly hard to find. When the outer cover of the G4 carburettor on my Victa Razor started leaking and then fell off I feared I might have to scrap the mower. However, to my amazement, I found this C-T-S Victa carburettor refurbishment kit on Amazon and it was exactly what I needed. I also managed to source a replacement fuel jet (which holds the carburettor together) from diminishing spares held by my local mower supplier. At a total cost of about £20 (including the jet) the excellent mower lives to cut my lawns again - phew!The only minor issue with the C-T-S repair kit (hence only 4 stars) was that the hinge pin for the float was a little tight. Fortunately I had retained the old hinge pin when the carburettor fell apart, so I re-used that and problem solved. Thank you C-T-S.
