Tricky install but work well
The plastic bases included with these LEDs do not fit the dash of my Honda Element. But salvaging the OEM bases from the dash and putting the LEDs into them worked. Its a bit tricky to remove the old glass bulbs from the bases without breaking them. I used a pair of pliers and a paper towel to pull and wiggle them out of the base. After that I slipped the LEDs into the base and installed them back into the dash.Keep in mind that these LEDs might not work if they are put in in the wrong direction. You might need to pull them out of the base, spin them 180 degrees, then reinstall to get the right polarity.Once installed they look good, not too bright and have a nice red color. Great for night driving.

Work really well. Makes everything bright like it was designed today. Whites are bright white, reds are bright red etc...!!! Very nice update. Seller is correct.. if they don't light, remove the bulb and rotate 180ยฐ and they'll work( unlike a few others I've tried). Pictures don't do them justice because of the glare from main instrument cover. Added a photo of the climate control panel to show the difference between the original muted greenish to the new.. better white with these lights.
