Quality
Great bit of furniture, very easy to put together and looks way more expensive than it was.

great for the money
Was a bit wary getting this based on some other reviews, but glad I took the plunge. This is a nice bit of kit that I would expect to be about 50% more expensive if I had seen it in a mates house. Yeah sure, the instructions are a bit basic, but for anyone who has done flat pack before they are pretty much par for the course and it is pretty hard to go wrong once you notice bevel to the fore and flat to the back, until you come to putting the back panels on, no helpful wee guide as to where the pins go, so a bit hit or miss, ehm, literally... Took me about 50 minutes to build, and I can't use power tools, so all hand screwing. I also did have a nice big hole in the center back board, big enough to twist a plug through, so it might be worth putting a note in for the seller to try and ensure you get one, based on an earlier reviewer not having it. Whilst it isn't solid wood (hey, less than £100, what did I expect), I would still happily recommend this to friends and family.

A good budget buy
I bought this item to replace a glass stand, and knew that (judging by the price) it would be pretty cheaply made. However, I`m pleased to say that it actually looks as nice as I`d hoped it would. I`ll definitely be doing something with the finish though - possibly varnish/beeswax or similar. Look out for the door latches. i spent a good half hour messing about with the hinges as the door kept popping open...then noticed them in my dish of screws. They weren`t included in the assembly instructions. Once I`d sorted that out I`d hung the other door in 5 minutes. Pros Cheap, cheerful and looks good when in place Pretty solid when assembled Fairly easy to put together - took about 1.5hrs Cons Instructions are a joke - sort out the pieces first Wood is VERY soft and cheap with a dirty tinge, so will mark easily (but item is so cheap that this wasn`t a surprise) All things considered I`m pleased with the unit and would recommend this as a good budget buy.

Lovely TV Unit, exactly as described
Purchased this unit to go with other furniture of the same style. As always with flatpacks furniture, instructions are not very clear. Once built though looks very good and is quite sturdy.

Looks okay when built
It’s robust but quite a strange colour for something that’s pretending to be oak. It’s certainly solid wood though. Ideally it needs two to build because it gets a bit tricky with only one. But instructions are easy to understand

Easy Assembly Great Unit
Door brackets can be a little confusing, you’ll know when you get to step 3 if they’re the correct way. Good price for the quality in comparison to more expensive units.

Design let down by the Manufacture
The accessories supplied with the kit are a good standard, but the wood is very lightweight and the manufacturing is poor. Numerous holes were drilled out of place and required modifications to the dowels to fit. I also brought some oil to give the unit a nice finish. Once complete the unit looks fine, but it took a while to assemble and too much modifying to recommend.

Better than MDF for the same money
I would hate to think this was my first venture into flatpack furniture as not the easiest to build. But once built makes a sturdy piece. The wax finish looks ok but a bit cheap. I rubbed danish oil into the wood and it’s come up lovely and more oak like and taken excess wax off.
