Q: Do these work on big gap in front teeth ?

I have a large gap and they do pull the teeth together but once you take them off the teeth go back to original position. Hope this helps.

Hi,You only put it on the brace that the dentist tells you to. Which is usually the second to last brace. It could be placed on one or two braces. Personally it goes for one of my braces.

Q: How do I know which size to get for a large gap?

The gap between my teeth is approximately 1 mm, I purchased the 1/4 size, which is a good fit. Comfortable to wear. too soon to have made a difference yet. If the gap is much larger, you will need to go up a size. Good quality product. L. O'Hara
