Love it! This type of eating and God cured me. My Doctors say: "It's a miracle your PET scan is 95% clear" after only 3 months......i was stage 4/metastatic..... it's gone now.asked my doctor what should i eat? This cookbook will help you eat like the drs. have been saying for years. We all know this is what we should be doing, but no one wants to do it. Just follow these recipes and give it a try. See how you feel in a month or 2 or 3.

Tasty and delicious recipes. I purchased for my sister but need to get another for myself as it's so good.

I ordered the "spiral" version which I really like.Great pictures and the receipes are varied!My only negative is too many ingredients are needed for many of them and I was looking for a more simplified menu as I don't want to purchase ingredients I won't use again.For those who love to cook - this is a very nice cookbook!!!

I hardly, if ever, write reviews, but I took the time for this cookbook, because it has truly enhanced our lives. For starters, I used to absolutely hate cooking, but as a busy mom of 5 that is a duty I have begrudgingly assumed. My husband was recently diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer so we searched for ways to boost his immune system, and along the path found that our Standard American Diet (aptly called SAD) was far more dangerous than we realized.In our interest to correct our diet we discovered Chris, and his success against cancer was so impressive and encouraging we took the plunge into a plant-based diet and purchased this book.This, THIS, is the cookbook (and lifestyle) I’ve been needing all my life as it has radically changed my feelings on cooking. Planning, prepping and cooking meals has become a joy and I can’t even believe I just typed that. No weird (to me) ingredients like so many fad diets or vegan dishes have.. the meals are easy to follow and delicious! Even our kids love many of them! (Speaking of kids, for those with children accustomed to the SAD like our kids were: with them we do a one-bite challenge, where they have to have one bite of each fruit or veggie on their plate every meal. Over time we hope their palates will adjust to the new flavors.) It’s full of ingredients we would normally buy anyway (minus a LOT of junk so my bank account is happier), but just expanding it a bit in the area of fruits, veggies, grains and legumes. No weird fake dairy stuff or things I don’t even know where to find at the store, haha!Thank you Chris and Micah for sharing your testimony and culinary talent with us.. You’ve been an instrument in changing our lives!

The book was full of great recipes. Some items are not items that you keep everyday, but they can be purchased. Good book.

This book has great information and recipes. It is worth the investment. I love the salad, spice mix, smoothie and soups.

Chris is an inspiration. I have his other books as well. I have tried several recipes in this book. I have a few favorites. I start every morning with the anticancer smoothie. It is delicious!! I only used a quarter of a lemon my first time for fear half would be overpowering. I was wrong. Half a lemon puts it over the top!! I have the Giant cancer fighting salad for lunch every day. I use the anticancer sprinkle on almost everything. It really IS delicious!There are tips and additional nutrition information after almost every recipe. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to be healthier.Another benefit of eating this way - my digestion has never been better!
