I have replaced these crystals yearly since installation & found them great for keeping the water system clear of limescale

Crystals instead of spheres.
Slight change, these were crystals instead of spheres but was explained in a leaflet, the new rubber o-ring is inside the packet not loose in the box, only found them after I had put the thing back together to feed the crystals through the filler.

These were chips rather than balls. But tbh, it's not really any different. Remember to rinse them straight out the bag.This filter has improved the timescale in the house

These were much cheaper on here than in my local hardware shop where i usually purchase them. Exactly the same brand and work to keep limescale out of our water when put in the combimate system
