Deliciously smooth Belgian milk chocolate callets where you want top quality chocolate but don't want to be sent reeling from an overdose! For uncomplicated, simple chocolate making, these little milk chocolate callets will happily melt in the microwave (100g callets will take about 3 minutes in an average microwave - give them a quick stir through every 30 seconds after the first two minutes) and when melted, use according to your recipe.For simple treats for Christmas or Easter, pour directly into appropriately shaped moulds, or you can mix in chopped nuts & fruit to the chocolate before moulding. These uncomplicated chocs don't go sticky or lose their shape even in a relatively warm room, if they last that long!Couldn't be simpler. I prefer buying this chocolate to Cadbury or Galaxy. It usually comes in pellets that are ideal to melt or add as chocolate chips, but depending on how it has been shipped and stored you may end up with a chocolate rock that's a pain to break down.

Ooh, this was a very dangerous discovery I found at work and instantly knew I had to try it at home in everyday life.I ordered the 1Kg pack to see if the flavour of the Belgian Chocolate was really to my taste and to see if these little "Callets" /drops were really are easier to melt than standard supermarket chocolate chips for 99p. They were delivered within 10 hours one the SAME day which is pretty amazing even with Prime that's so insane. Thank You to the supplier. A well warranted and earned 5 star service.The dangerous thing is in if you start nibbling at these chocolate drops, as if they're a everyday normal snack, they're so yummy. They are a flat dinky chocolate button of the smoothest most delicious tasting chocolate, for eating never mind cooking. If you love Lindt or Milka. You'll absolutely LOVE these, believe me a fellow chocolate lover! At 33.6% they have a really good high amount of Cocoa solids for a Milk Chocolate option. They are the perfect size to adorn any sized baked good even the tiny sized cakes & biscuits. Also,by judging by how smooth they are to eat I'd say the claim that they melt quickly and evenly is warranted.I highly recommend if you can afford it definitely go for the bigger or go home! 😉The 2.5Kg bag will get you more than double the amount of Chocolate for only double the price and I don't believe you'll regret it.

Every day, there seems to be a new recipe involving my beloved food chocolate to tempt me into cooking on a sweltering summer day. And the more you cook, the more you realise the importance of good quality ingredients. When it comes to chocolate chips, the supermarket ones just don't compare to the amazing quality of Belgian chocolate chips.This is my third packet of these chocolate chips, and I prefer the darker chocolate generally, but some recipes/family members require milk chocolate and honestly I don't mind as long as I get to enjoy chocolate. They are so sublimely smooth and creamy, its hard not to simply eat them straight out of the bag whenever you want.With every recipe I have tried, this chocolate worked well. I have never had a problem when melting it down or had any separating when heated for slightly too long. The biggest problem you will ever have is running out as you often find you run out quicker than expected (family members).I must say I am a huge fan of the new seal, kind of like a plastic Velcro. It works fantastically and is so easy with messy hands to reseal.Overall an amazing product and when you compare a packs price by weight to other packets available in supermarkets, its amazingly good value for money.

I have bought Callebaut chocolate many times over the years, have tried most of their different varieties, all of them taste great straight from the bag. This particular one is the most repeat purchase, and will continue to buy on regular basis. This latest order arrived the next day, from a different Amazon supplier, the bag is dated for the end of April 2026. I have another one to finish before opening. I have used for baking biscuits, making ganache, and as decoration on cupcakes. It may seem expensive for a kilogram but when compared to buying individual bars of a quality product I prefer this one 😀

Love these chocolate chips. They’re the best for my baking. I order them quite often but this time I ordered the milk chocolate and was sent Dark chocolate chips. Needed the milk chocolate for a recipe. Now I’m over run with dark chocolate and have to order milk again. Hope they send the correct ones this time.
