Fabulous little hoover
Absolutely brilliant. Over the moon with this hoover. I wanted a Henry but they're too expensive. This hoover is on par, if not better. Very power & compact. Has storage slots for everything so it can be easily stored away. Nice looking too. Easy to follow instructions on how to use it wet or dry & the bag is included. Very happy & definitely value for money 😊

Poor quality & unsafe!!!
Bought this appliance to replace a well known brand which was unavailable for purchase at the time. On receipt I unpacked the appliance from the box and assembled it. On plugging it into the electrical socket & switching it on the noise was nothing short of deafening!!! I immediately went to check if there was a reason for the appliance being so loud and when i placed my hands on the appliance I got an electric shock from it 😳.I then went to unplug it & got a second electric shock from it.....I immediately unplugged the appliance from the socket & started the process of returning it . I certainly would not reccomend this product to anybody & I strongly believe that it should immediately be removed from sale as it is certainly not good value for money but more importantly it is NOT SAFE!!

Hoover is not for the home
Very loud I don’t know how many decibels it’s pushing out need headphones be ok in an industrial environment not the home sorryDavid

Hoover works but needed to get to better hose
The main section in was ok but the accessories are woefully in adequate. The plastic hose lets it down to and the brush head is like a kids toy. I had to buy a metal pole and new accessories to work it. The suction is ok and works just needed to go get new accessories . This means adding to extra costs and delivery

The handle is too short so you carnt place the head in the floor correctly very loud also nice and light to carry also the lead is too short

Rubbish - waste of money
Hardly any suction and the single bag that was included was so flimsy it split within 3 mins of use.And the suction tube is so short it should not be used by anyone over 5 feet tall.Complete waste of money.
