Perfect for keeping potatoes fresh. Also looks good and the potatoes are out of sight. It is a great product with useful handles and appears to be sturdy enough.

Nice product, shame about the customer service
The first one that I ordered was damaged (dented and paint chipped) so I actually had to order a second and return the first because Amazon wouldn't just do a replacement, which is irritating. That said, I'm very pleased with the second one, it's attractive and does the job!

Small but, for me, perfectly formed!
This is perfect for what I wanted. I've wasted far too many spuds because I haven't had anywhere to store them properly (in the dark) so they've gone green and/or sprouted. Mine is a one-person household and this metal crock is just the right size for me. I'd suggest that maybe it would be too small for a family to store sufficient potatoes even for two or three meals but for me, it's exactly what I hoped for - and was delivered in under 24 hours.

Looks good but did not keep potato any fresher, or slow down sprouting . Disappointing.

Perfect for a shabby chic kitchen
This is a lot bigger than I was expecting, and holds a decent amount of potatoes. I have bought the set of these - garlic, potato and onion storage containers. I love them - they look really good in my shabby chic kitchen. The vent holes at the bottom mean that the content keeps fresh!
