This mug was for a Xmas gift to my mum from my granddaughter. When it arrived, I opened it to check it and was devastated. The mug was just black!! Of course I knew it was personalised by my daughter but felt heart ache thinking it hadn’t come as she expected. Upon her arrival back from school she told me it was a heat activated mug 🤦🏼‍♀️. (Panic now subsiding!) We checked it with boiled water and OMG it was amazing. Really vibrant print and was really impressed with the design. It is beautiful and my mum loves it. Moral of story, don’t mooch at other people’s Christmas presents, they may not always be what they seem lol!

This mug was everything I hoped for. Watching the picture materialise as the hot water is poured in is magical. I just wish I’d gone for two photos

Worth the money

product was amazing i loved it so much came earlier and it was just a great birthday present for my aunt:)

Picture image is very poor and cup is damaged. The seller has a returns policy but when you try, you then find your not eligible for a return on this item. Do not buy very costly for a very poor product. My child could have painted a better picture. The picture quality is very blurred and can hardly make out the faces. This was bought as a present but unfortunately just not fit for purpose. The seller is clearly ripping people off at a good cost to the customer. Go elsewhere people very bad business policy.

The mug is nice however the picturs on the mug is very small. Too small
