After owning 2 power banks from Poweradd, I can honestly determine that their power bank capacity is genuine and much better than my old ones.I have now purchased this blue power bank for my little brother as he plays around with his phone and tablet too much and drains the battery on them very quickly.With a 20,000mAh capacity, even he will not be able to drain this power bank as easily as he does with his devices!I gave this a full test by letting it drain to zero, charging it up fully through the micro-USB port and seeing how it fared in charging my phone, which has a capacity of 3200mAh. It fared really well and managed to fully charge my phone 5 times over so I can tell the capacity is genuine here.Despite not being Quick Charge compatible, it still charged my phone quicker than normal which is great.The lights in front can be used to gauge the remaining capacity in the power bank. Each light will represent around 5000mAh so this is a good indicator for when it needs to be charged.It allows up to 2 devices to be charged at a single time and so far, I haven't seen any impact on charging speeds when 2 devices are connected at the same time.Comes with a micro-USB cable and a nice little carry case.If this was helpful, please tap that helpful button below - Cheers!

Works wonderfully. I've been using this battery for about two months now nearly three. It's a powerful battery, came with a half charge at first and used that up. The half charge lasted for a good month and then some even with use. I've charged it fully once so far and it's able to fully charge my phone within a couple of hours, and still stay at four bars (my phone is a Google Pixel 2) It's a nice light weight and I love the blue colour. This battery also comes with it's own charge lead.It came in a small amount of packaging so not a great deal of waste; nice small cardboard box that can be placed into the recycling bin. A small instruction manual is also included. The charge lead comes in a small plastic bag, that can also just be thrown into the recycle bin.My only problem with it is it does take a long time to charge VIA laptop, but that's fine; leave it charging over night and you'll have a full battery.All in all, I recommend this product; it's one of the best portable batteries I have got.

Good simple power bank. It has two USB ports so you can charge two devices at the same time which is useful, and they both have a maximum power of 3.1a which is fairly powerful for a USB port.Has a microUSB input port for charging which takes ages to charge from empty to full (about 5hrs), but it has a massive 20,000mah capacity so this is to be expected, it can charge my iPhone fully about 4 times. Considering the huge capacity, it’s not that bulky or heavy which is great for travelling. And the colour is amazing.

I bought this to keep in my backpack for when I am on day trips where my phone battery would generally give up when I am out and about.I generally take quite a lot of photos on my phone and am a really heavy user of it, so usually find the battery dies half way through my days. I bought this portable power bank to stop me running dry, and it has been great! Charges my iPhone X 3 full times before needing to be recharged!Recharging time for the power bank takes around 6 hours to fully charge it back up and from this I can get around 3-4 full charges on my iPhone X. I also like how it comes with its own little storage pouch - means it won’t get all covered in scratches while stored away.

These poweradd battery banks are fantastic for the price, they have a great capacity an will charge my p30 pro in about 40 minutes with no fast charge. They're a really good gadget to have for gopro batteries too which is why I purchased this one.I've had another black one for about 6 years now an it has never let me down once, I went on a 4 day trip to London last year for a theatre trip an forgot to take my phone charger an i 5 or 6 charges out of it an it still had plenty to go.I would definitely recommend investing in one of these rather than any of the cheaper ones out there.

You can never have too many power packs with today’s tech demands on daily life. I try to carry at least one with me at all times. This one does exactly as it should, not too bulky, pretty quick charge time, nice bright colour (I went for the blue), and I especially liked how it came with a little travelling pouch as well, something which I find very useful to stop it getting damaged or scuffed in my rucksack. I’d say my iPhone XR gets at least around 6 or 7 charges from this, depending obviously on whether I’m using my phone whilst charging. Ooh plus it has a torch function too which is an added little bonus. Not much else you can say, it does just what’s its meant to and it does it well.Overall, great little product.

Really pleased with the charging feature of the product, although the product is quite bulky it is generally easy to carry around.I used for about 2 weeks constantly, but now the light which means the powerbank is charging is on permanently and won't turn off no matter what I try. So now I can't really take the bank out in public with me but this could just be a faulty bank.Poweradd have contacted me very politely and offered to solve the issue. Although I had a problem previously, their customer service has been brilliant.

Great for the first month. Charge lasted and was able to charge my phone. The double sockets helped with charging the kids tablets when out and about.ITS BIG AND HEAVY .It’s now STOPPED WORKING. It does not charge... I’ve now had it on charge all night from the mains and it’s only charged one bar.I wouldn’t buy again. Nor would I recommendI would not purchase again.
