The product is ok if your child isn’t heavy handed the bits that attach the handles are very thin and broke easily.

Disappointed with quality of the shield, came with a few marks & scratches. Didn’t buy as used so was somewhat surprised. No time to return it as was for my grandson birthday a few days later. He seems to love it anyway so for the cost and enjoyment he gets from it, outways the initial disappointment.

The seven year old liked this a lot. He says its just like Captain America's shield when thrown like a Frisbee.

I’ve returned one of these as the strap broke away from the shield after one day. They are absolutely not sturdy at all. The second broke after one week. It’s fine for dressing up if all they want to do is parade around and pose for photos. No good for playing as boys naturally think they are Captain America and the strap support bracket is the thinnest plastic you can imagine. If you stretch it too much, the plastic snaps. The colour printing is also cheap with the paint not following any of the lines. I reckon these are less that £1 to make in their thousands.

I brought this shield for my little girl to compliment her captain America outfit. It arrived promptly, and does look like the picture. Nice colours and lightweight. my little girl did like putting it on. Only issues are that the shield has 2 material straps which means it must be worn on the arm which for younger children is a bit hard to maintain in place. Secondly as it’s hard for younger children to maintain on the arm/wrist when playing they are constantly adjusting/pulling on the shield to stay on. As a result one of the straps has already, after less than 5 minutes playing time, broken off the thin plastic snap which held it to the shield. I’ve superglued the strap itself to the board now so it can still be used, but obviously didn’t expect that to happen. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to make the plastic snap thicker so that this doesnt happen.

El escudo ahora le pertenece a mi hijo de 3.5 años. Aun cuando dice que es para 8 años en adelante, el tamaño es perfecto. El resorte para sujetarse es resistente. En caso de que se afloje por el uso, se puede cambiar sin problema. Un gran escudo para mi Capitán América :)
