These are easy to chew. The flavor is quite tart, but I actually like that. These have been part of my daily regiment now for quite some time, having reordered the product multiple times. I’m pleased with it, like having the combo Zinc and vitamin C, and plan to continue using it.

My other zinc tablets were hard to swallow and sometimes lodged in my throat. This tablet solved my problem. Quick to dissolve and no burying my throat. A real game changer for me.

Way too chalky and didn’t dissolve easily.

I usually keep zinc and vitamin c supplements in the house for cold and flu season, when I ran out of my usual brand, I bought these to try. After trying them for several weeks, I have noticed that they make me and other members of my family nauseous after we take them, even with food. I have never had that happen with other zinc/vit c supplements, so something in this brand is making us feel sick, which defeats the purpose of taking them. I won't finish these or buy them again. (Note: I did not buy mine on Amazon, but bought this same supplement.)
