This stuff really knocks you out. No need to take a whole pill. Half works just fine. I'd bet a quarter pill would work. I haven't tried yet but plan on it.

I love iced tea which can keep me awake sometimes. I try to take Good Sense sleep aid before 9pm to get a good night's rest sleep by 6:20A.

I tried this and use it occasionally. It definitely works. It it very fast working when you need to need to fall asleep fast. Small and easy to swallow.

Product itself is very good and works very well per the dosing instructions. Non habit forming like some other sleep meds, and no grogginess in the morning, which is very nice. The packaging on the other hand is terrible. I realize this is not specific to this medicine...the name brand is exactly the same. I really wish it would just come in a bottle. There is no easy way to get the pills out. If you try to push them through, they crush. If you use scissors, they break. Only way I have found to get them out is with an exacto knife, which is very tedious. I sit there and cut them all out and put them in an old pill bottle. If we could get better packaging, that would be great.

These sleep aid and better than a prescription sleep aid I had been using. The speed that it takes for it to work on me is about 45 min after taking it... Pills are nice size not to be. Easy to swallow. I've not had any side effects... No taste to the pills. And they functional as a great sleeping pill for me. I will buy again when needed. If you are looking for a good sleep aid you would buy these. Also, the box is easy to store not too be and the pills are blister packed inside.

I had bought ZZZ-quil ultra before. It runs about a dollar a pill. This worked identical for me. Benadryl doesn't work but this product is intense. If you need a good solid 12 hours of sleep this is the product to use. Its not instant so If i want to be asleep by 10 i take around seven. I really struggle with sleep but using this once a week helps greatly.
