Then they say you should replace the parts every few months. Cool, but do they sell the collection cups in Canada? I had to pay a shipping forwarding service to get those from the USA plus customs and duties. Oh and imagine having to deal with that PLUS actually pumping and caring for a newborn. It’s not worth it. The company shouldn’t sell this thing if they can’t sell all the replacement products. They also shouldn’t give you the illusion of having a warranty if they can’t follow an email thread and resolve a problem that seems pretty common. Omg and the charging ports are at a ridiculous 45 degree angle that’s designed to cause maximum frustration and could potentially break the charge input??
