Does anyone know if you use this product before or after a moisturiser? Or is it a moisturiser?

I apply my usual moisturiser first, give it a minute then apply the vitamin c skin reviver. It gives you a lovely smooth base for your foundation. Also, your foundation goes a lot further. I have mature skin that has seen quite a bit of Sun but this product really does make it feel lovely.

Having checked the Body Shop list of vegan products we could not fine this product listed. It is not a vegan product.
