Great product

Great for making powders in the kitchen.
A fun ingredient which enables you to prepare dishes with some rather unexpected twists. 250 grams of this stuff pretty much fills a 2,5 litre bucket, so it is quite voluminous - more so than I expected. This does not in any way detract from the 'magic' you can perform with this stuff. It just works a treat.

Good product, not the result I expected
Bought this after being told it was excellent for making "powdered butter" to use as popcorn seasoning. It work well blending together but in the end I won't be using it for this reason ever again since the amount of Zorbit needed to make it work as seasoning didn't leave much taste of butter left. The taste was there but not nearly enough as, for example, movie popcorn. I'll probably give powdered Nutella a try and so on and see if that works better. I'll still give it 4 stars since it made the butter in to powder as promised even though it lacked in taste. (I have since then tried the popcornseasoning one can buy from stores and it did taste pretty much the same, so if you like that taste I guess I can recommend doing your own for a fraction of the price.)

Molecular Cuisine needs good ingredients
Probably the easiest molecular cuisine process you can carry out is oil powders. This is the ingredient that does the magic.Whenever I need some of the special ingredients demanded by a molecular cuisine recipe my first port of call is Special Ingredients. They provide high quality ingredients at good prices. Fast delivery too.

Brilliant thing!
It's works magically on oil based products and turns them into powder. Nutella, peanut butter, olive oil, your imagination is the limit. I would recommend it for everyone who likes to experiment in their kitchen. Love it!

Best Maltodextrin on the market!
Best brand on the market. I've used Sosa, which leaves a chewy residue in the mouth, and the Texturas range which is almost identical to this product, but this one is cheaper

Has many other applications like: powdered oils
Bought to make Palcohol havent got round to it yet though lol. Has many other applications like: powdered oils, and things like that my personal fave is powdered Nutella sprinkled on ice cream!
