Great product, terrible assembly experience, lots of fun for kids
I was debating between buying this and the trampoline but I thought this would be more fun for the little ones, plus it can be enjoyed in more ways than just jumping. I was right, the kids love it and have lots of fun on it. I have a 3 years old who enjoys the slides and the see-saw and a 6 year old who seems to enjoy all 3. I think the slide is bit small for the 6 year old nevertheless she doesn't seem to mind it.The reasons why I gave this a 4 rating and not 5 are:1. Difficulty in assembling this product, which I think can be easily resolved by the manufacturing / supplier and2. Design of the see-saw hinge, which I think has been pointed out by other users.ASSEMBLY TIPS: I was bit surprised by how many nuts and bolts were provided but that wasn't the real problem - The problem is that these nuts and bolts are not labelled, and as they are only a few millimetres apart in size it is hard to tell which one is which. It is very important to get them correct else you will not be able to SAFELY set-up the swing set and may take agesTIP #1 - Measure, segregate and label the screws / nuts & bolts before you begin assembling. The instruction manuals uses letters to identify them but these letters are missing on the nuts so you would have to identify and label them yourself.TIP #2 - This is a two man job and it's best to find someone to help you and do it. If you cannot then assume it will take up to 4 hours to assemble thisTIP #3 - The hinge of the see-saw that goes on the top bar should not be tightened too much. If you do so then the swing action will start scrapping the plastic caps. You can't leave it too loose either as that will be dangerous. Give it a try to find the optimum tightness.TIP #4 - the metal frame that goes under the slide can be tricky as well to assemble. This is because the pictures in the manual for this part is not great. I had to try a few combinations to get it right, so be ready for spending some time on that bit.All in all, this set is robust, kids love it and seems to be good value for money. It's very light so you can easily move it around the garden. Colours look good and seem to hold well in the UK weather.I would recommend this product but not the assembly of it

Nice play equipment but needs care and planning in assembly.
Firstly, this is a good and sturdy piece of equipment once assembled. You should note though that while it is not obvious in the product picture, the instructions say that this should be concreted in for safety and stability reasons. This product appears to be aimed at children of about 3-4 years or over as the equipment is definitely not sized for 2 year olds.On to assembly, you need your own Allen key and spanner/socket set as the supplied cheap tools don't last more than about 2 bolts. Assembly is definitely a two person job if you want it done correctly and with less frustration. This helps with positioning and holding of parts, and also to have each check the other's work against the instructions and that they are using the right bolts. The main parts are numbered for identification but the myriad of bolts - of which there are many variations and some differing by only millimeters - are just thrown in together. They are given code IDs in the instructions but in practice you have to identify them yourself. Even If you do use the wrong one successfully somewhere, you will have problems later on when you need exactly that one - and there are no spares. Also you really don't want to lose, cross-thread or burr the head of any.In summary, good play equipment that is challenging to assemble by just one person and could definitely use separate packaging and identification of the variants of the bolts.

Kids will love it
Finished product is very good but a bit of a nightmare to build, had to measure every bolt as some bolts were only 4mm difference in size & instructions were a bit misleading as to where to put the different size bolts. Didn't appreciate being contacted by the seller after purchase for an extra £10 for delivery to Scotland, this should have been highlighted at the time of purchase, but delivery was prompt.

Nightmare to build
Great product, great price but an absolute nightmare to put together. Would have been so simple had the screws been numbered. I can't understand why they weren't. For a single woman trying to do it by myself it took over 4 hours. Lost a star for this reason

As other customers have said, assembly was quite difficult but once fitted up properly it appears quite sturdy. My 3 yr old Grandson thought it was great. So far the frame is free standing but maybe would need some fixings if children were older and heavier.

very good once assembled!
A good well made product but assembly was tricky even for competent DIYer. Problem was there were so many slightly different length bolts all mixed up-very hard to tell 60 from 62mm etc. They should be all labelled in separate bags and then assembly would be easier . Instructions esp for slide were not brilliant.

Unbelievably and unnecessarily annoying to assemble
Unbelievably and unnecessarily annoying to assemble. As another poster wrote, it would have been much, much easier if they would have numbered the bolts which sometime differ from each other by a mm. Also, the diagrams and the text sometimes contradict each other - especially when assembling the slide frame (especially the non-existent part 18).
