Organic Herbal Remedies 100ml Cleavers Tincture

A thick, dark tincture that mixes easily into water. The taste is strong but not unpleasant: a plain alcohol taste with a hint of herby green, similar to nettle tea. I take this tincture chiefly for water retention/oedema, and it's having a gradual effect. Before starting the tincture I used to have painfully swollen fingers when I woke up in the mornings, and now I don't. the quality of the product is really good however the dose recommendation is to dilute with water 30 drops this is wasting a lot of product when the real way to take this is to do 3 to 5 drops under the tongue.
