This is a wonderful salami. People are saying "not enough truffle". Not sure they really understand black truffles. You do not need to be punched in the mouth with the bold taste of black truffles. Just a hint in scrambled eggs is divine. In this amazing salami there is the perfect amount of black truffle flavor. If $15 is out of your budget then certainly complain about it needing more truffles. I think it is amazing just the way it is. The truffle is a supporting actor, not the dominant overpowering ingredient these folks think they need. Just ordered 3 more.

Got this as a gift for a friend who lived in Italy for many years. She was very happy, so I'm very happy. Would buy this again.

I tried this out and have been buying it ever since. It has a great taste.

I let this sit out and reach room temp in hopes it would have paired nicely with the cheese getting gooey next to it. Unfortunately, very little truffle flavor or really any other noticeable taste.

The quality of this salami was excellent. However, you would barely know there was any truffle magic going on in this produce if it wasn't for the occasional small whiff you got from it. And considering the smell of truffle and its taste are VERY hard to miss-- it makes you wonder if you were better off just buying a classic plain salami at a far less price and calling it a day. But again, the quality of the meat itself was very good.
